BIO: TERRY DILLON
Terry Dillon is an accomplished senior executive who has held roles as COO, CFO and acting CEO within high profile AFL organisations over the past 2 decades. Terry is an astute business person with experience in delivering outstanding commercial success in AFL organisations as well as overseeing the phenomenal turnaround of a struggling community club to what is now regarded as one of the best success stories in community sport on and off the field in Australia.

Terry was an integral player in the reshaping of the Collingwood Football Club (1999-2005) and Hawthorn Football Club (2005-2011) business models, with both organisations now regarded as high performers on and off the field in the tough AFL landscape.

With a passion for grass roots sports, Terry has been working directly with Clubs for many years in helping establish their financial viability and sustainability. Under Terry's guidance, clubs have achieved strong positive turnarounds in participation levels, their financial position and importantly strong governance compliance.

Terry's qualifications are: Bachelor of Business (Accounting), Certified Practicing Accountant, Graduate Diploma of Management and Masters in Business Administration.

BIO: CHRIS CONNOLLY
Chris was born into football. His father Barry played for Footscray and became a legendary figure in Country football. Barry coached Ardlethan, Nathalia, Waaia, Invergordan, Shepparton and Shepparton United football clubs. He formed junior football competitions in Ardlethan and Nathalia. He was president of the Shepparton United football club and Goulburn Valley football leagues for over twenty years.

Chris followed in his fathers foot steps to play, coach and administer in Australian rules football.

Chris ( born 25 March 1963 ) has played, coached and administrated in the Australian football league. He played played 84 games and kicked 38 goals as a midfielder for the Melbourne football club. Chris was senior coach of the Fremantle football club from 2002 to 2007.

BIO: WAYNE OSWALD
Wayne turned his hobby into his job. While working as the CEO of Deakin Sports Association at Deakin University, Geelong campus, Wayne was invited to join the Geelong Football Club fitness staff. This part time role quickly lead to a more significant opportunity in player development - particularly with players between 17 and 20 years of age. Wayne was there to witness the end of the AFL Seconds and Under 19's. In 1991 he was offered the role of Region Manager with the Sandringham Dragons - one of the 6 new teams participating in the TAC Cup (the competition replacing the AFL Under 19's) - he spent the next 20 years working with AFL recruiters preparing young men to present for the AFL draft.

BIO: MARK CAMPBELL
Mark Campbell is Terry Dillon Solution’s Creative Director. He has more than twenty years experience working in screen production. His skill set includes writing and directing for the screen, cinematography, screen editing, copywriting and graphic design. His clients include advertising agencies, government departments – including VicRoads, the Health Department and the ATO, and national brands, including ANZ, Kmart, Coles, Toll and Australian Unity.

Mark is a keen supporter of the Western Bulldogs in the AFL – his son Tom plays for them as a ruckman and forward. Mark has a longstanding involvement with community clubs; he has enjoyed more than 25 years membership of the Australian Alpine Club at Dinner Plain, where he was on the Executive Committee for ten years, eight of them as deputy chairman. Mark also served four years on the AAC’s National Executive, two as Vice President of the governing body.

Martin Sperring

BIO: MARTIN SPERRING
Martin has been developing bespoke software applications for over 25 years. He is the founder and director of M2 Corporation, a software development company based in Melbourne with a highly skilled team of developers focused on building state-of-the-art solutions for a diverse customer base.

Martin has undertaken a variety of volunteer roles in the community, in areas such as sport, education and emergency services. It was during this time that he began to develop software applications to enable the clubs he worked with to operate more efficiently, and importantly, provide the generous volunteers of these clubs with a helping hand and a more time-efficient experience.

The knowledge gained during these roles, coupled with Martin’s vision of simplifying technology, provides TDS with a solid platform to deliver the benefits that community sport is crying out for.

BIO: ROB THRELFALL
Rob is a highly skilled executive with over 20 years senior experience in finance management, business strategy & planning, HR, governance, and sports infrastructure funding and project delivery. Rob began his consulting business in August 2015, after 15 years at the Geelong Cats as GM Finance & Admin and GM Major Projects, and acted short-term as CEO many times. He continues as a Director of the Geelong Cats Foundation.

Rob is also highly experienced in the community sport space making him a natural fit for our business. Rob has held various roles at St Joseph’s Football/Netball Club and St Joseph’s Cricket Club in Geelong since 1987 to this current day

Paul Prior

BIO: PAUL PRIOR
Paul Prior lives in WA and has spent the past eight (8) years working for the Department of Sport & Recreation in Western Australia. The Department develops and implements government policy and initiatives in sport and recreation providing assistance and advice to the sports industry, organizations and clubs.

During this time Paul has had exposure across all sports and travelled throughout Western Australia visiting sporting clubs from Kunanurra to Albany. During his employment at DSR in WA, Paul held the following roles as Information & Governance Manager and Manager ICT Infrastructure and Systems Support and Manager of Corporate Information.

To compliment his professional experience, Paul has coached and also has experience serving on a community club’s committee for over 10 years. Chris is an experienced and skilled executive with over 25 years in the sporting goods environment having worked with global brands such as Nike, Reebok and Columbia.

Before focusing on his working career Chris played district cricket in Melbourne for the Carlton Cricket Club then was drafted to the AFL playing for the Brisbane Bears (Now the Brisbane Lions).
